What hardware do I need for NFC identification?

VTAP readers certified for Apple VAS and Google Smart Tap. They connect to your existing setup and work with Shopify POS. No proprietary hardware required.

How does QR scanning work at POS?

Staff scan the customer's wallet pass QR code using the JeriCommerce app within Shopify POS. It instantly identifies the customer, shows their points and tier, and allows reward redemption.

What storefront embeds are available?

Points display on product pages, points in cart, reward redemption at checkout, customer account loyalty block, a full loyalty page, and a download card extension. All customizable to match your brand.

Does customer data sync between online and in-store?

Yes. Every interaction — whether online, at POS, or through the wallet pass — feeds into a single unified customer profile. Points, tiers, rewards, and purchase history are always in sync.

Can I use location-based notifications?
