Siwon needed a way to unify their online and in-store loyalty experience. With customers shopping both channels, they wanted a single program that worked everywhere — without requiring customers to download an app.

Their existing setup relied on separate systems for e-commerce and physical retail, leading to fragmented customer data, inconsistent rewards tracking, and a disjointed brand experience at the point of sale.

The Solution

Using JeriCommerce's native Shopify integration, Siwon deployed fully branded wallet passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The passes sync with Smile.io for points and rewards, Klaviyo for email/SMS flows, and Shopify POS for in-store scanning.
