We process all store orders to support wallet features like purchase history, loyalty campaigns, and customer profiles. We only count orders linked to JeriCommerce's built-in loyalty system. If you use a third-party loyalty solution, those orders are not counted.

You'll be charged a small fee per additional card. For Growth: €25 per 1,000 extra cards. Advanced and Enterprise pricing is adjusted by volume. Only one installed pass is counted per customer and platform, even if available on multiple devices.

You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades are not available for active plans. Enterprise works as an annual contract.

No. Free, Growth, and Advanced plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans are annual contracts with custom terms.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice. All payments are processed securely through Shopify billing.

The referral program is available on Growth and above as an add-on for +€15/month. Customers share referral links from their wallet pass, with rewards for both the advocate and the friend.

On the Free and Growth plans, a small "Powered by JeriCommerce" badge appears on your wallet passes and customer-facing pages. On Advanced and Enterprise, you can remove this for a fully white-label experience.
