How does the Klaviyo integration work?
JeriCommerce syncs loyalty data (tier, points, wallet activity) as Klaviyo properties and events. You can trigger email/SMS flows based on loyalty actions, include wallet download links, and segment customers by their loyalty status.
Can I use JeriCommerce with a third-party loyalty platform?
Yes. The API supports full CRUD operations on customers, points, rewards, and wallet passes. Native integrations exist for LoyaltyLion and Smile.io, and you can connect any platform via webhooks and REST API.
