How Go Menorca uses wallet passes to deliver subscription-based rewards across online and in-store local partners

The Challenge

GoMenorca wanted to offer a reward subscription model that could be redeemed across various physical locations on the island, without relying on POS integration at each site. Managing different reward tiers and validating redemptions in real-time, all while providing a smooth mobile experience, posed a significant challenge.

They were also looking for a solution that could be implemented efficiently within their existing Shopify store, without the need to build new infrastructure or add technical complexity to their operations.

The Solution

Using JeriCommerce's Shopify-native tools, Go Menorca deployed a rewards engine where customers receive a personalized wallet pass based on their subscription plan. Each reward appears in the pass and can be marked as used upon redemption. No integration with third-party systems or POS was required.
