What Shopify Flow triggers are available?
There are 18, including Loyalty Card Installed, Customer Tapped from NFC device, Customer Scanned from POS, Balance changed, Tier changed, Reward Redeemable, Reward Redeemed, Coupon Assigned and Customer Birthday. The actions let you increase or decrease a balance, assign a coupon, run a custom earning flow, send a push notification or get a customer's card download link. Ready-made templates cover common cases, like rewarding a card install.
How does the Klaviyo integration work?
Connect your Klaviyo account from Integrations in the admin. JeriCommerce sends every loyalty event to Klaviyo (balance changed, tier changed, reward redeemed, wallet pass installed and more) and keeps loyalty properties on each profile: balance, tier, points to the next tier, tier expiry date and the card download link. Use them in flows, segments and emails. Points and rewards can also show in Klaviyo Customer Hub, and you can bring Klaviyo segments into JeriCommerce as audiences.
Can I use JeriCommerce with a third-party loyalty platform?
Yes. The API supports full CRUD operations on customers, points, rewards, and wallet passes, and you can connect any platform via webhooks and REST API.
What automations work out of the box?
Three wallet pushes: balance change, tier change and reward available, each with a default message you can edit. And five emails: confirm email, download loyalty card, coupon assigned, reward available and reward redeemed. Turn off any of them if you prefer to send them from Klaviyo or your own system.
Is there an API for custom integrations?
Yes. A REST API covers customers, points, rewards and wallet passes, and webhooks send every JeriCommerce event to the URL you set in the admin. The API documentation is available for your developers.
